This project demonstrates our design prowess and excellent conceptualization skills in successfully executing and delivering an Advanced Automatic Condensate Recovery System for a raw materials processing facility. The project was meticulously implemented to recover condensate from industrial processes.

This innovative solution revolutionizes the process of loading harvested sugarcane, boasting an array of enhancements aimed at optimizing performance, and productivity.
We executed a precision retrofit of industrial evaporators used in the concentration process of tomato paste production. The project focused on enhancing thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and extending equipment lifespan through targeted mechanical and process improvements.
This project entailed the creation of a specialized inclined conveyor system tailored for the transportation of crushed raw materials in mining operations. Designed to traverse challenging
terrains and handle heavy loads, this custom overland conveyor offers a reliable solution for efficiently moving materials.
We conducted the replacement and
jointing of a significant stretch of overland belt conveyor spanning 1.850 kilometers. The upgrade entailed transitioning from a steel cord belt to a fabric belt, while not just retaining, but enhancing operational efficiency and performance across the conveyor system.
This project involved the design and installation of a coding conveyor system tailored specifically for a pharmaceutical company’s production and packaging room. This conveyor system facilitates organized logistics and efficient coding of finished goods on the production floor.
